Collaborating with Salonik was an intriguing project filled with challenges, the main one being the brand’s strong local presence. In the case of smaller towns, the marketing strategies we implement for our clients rely heavily on robust local actions and advertisements that focus on building reach and engagement with the audience (which is also the most cost-effective form of brand awareness activities).
Considering that the initial marketing phase had already been successfully executed by the salon owner, we decided to build the brand through content marketing. After all, content is king! 😉
The publications we prepared aimed to be clear and user-friendly while providing something more than just an advertisement for the salon’s extensive services. We engaged users through call-to-action (CTA) prompts, voting using emoticons, and contests utilizing chatbots. This approach not only attracted attention but also fostered active participation and interaction with the audience.
